Shipping, Etc.

Currently, all orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS.  JWB Art Unlimited utilizes USPS Priority Shipping and United Parcel Service (UPS) for larger packages.   A tracking number will be sent to you when your item has been shipped.  We reserve the right to select carriers for shipments. 

Shipping costs vary, depending on ship to location.   Prints are shipped for a nominal fee $7-$10.  For larger items like canvases, shipping and handling costs will be calculated at checkout.  We do our best to utilize services that will the least expensive shipping to you.

We do offer local delivery or pick-up within the Maryland/District of Columbia area in special circumstances and for larger items.

We currently ship to anywhere in the United States, including U.S. properties and military bases.  We do not ship internationally at this time.

When will I receive my order?
Our aim is to ship orders within 3 days.  Larger items, such as stretched canvases may take longer.  We maintain a stock of stretched canvases.  However, since we offer a larger volume of canvas choices, some are printed once an order has been placed.  In this case, it may take 2-3 weeks to ship the canvas.  If it's not already noted on the product page, we will let you know if a product will take extra time.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.   

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  That way, we can confirm receipt.
